PUW, WFI and CIB Systems
meet and exceed all established purity standards every day of the week, every week of the year. The WFI and WPU systems are partnered with pretreatment applications and documentation to support validation, with efficiency and productivity as a primary focus.
Our customers want products they can rely on — that means consistent and safe results, customers expect the same from There process system. At VISION for Engineering and Contracting we realize that water is a key element in all aspects of life — including pharmaceuticals — and we respect that.
Our Water for Injection (WFI) and Purified Water (WPU) systems meet and exceed all established purity standards every day of the week, every week of the year.
Our WFI and WPU systems are partnered with pretreatment applications and documentation to support validation. With efficiency and productivity as a primary focus.
VISION for Engineering and Contracting insight is watertight. Because when it comes to safety and purity, every drop counts.
- Compliance - design and fabricate according to precise FDA, cGMP, cGAMP, 3-A and ASME (u and R) guidelines
- High purity design – eliminate or minimize dead zones, allow for easy drainage and frequent sanitization, minimize number of weld beads, high polished and electropolished finishes
- Pretreatment of feed water – utilized multiple unit operations to
- Reduce conductivity of water, levels of organic contaminants, suspended solids and colloidal particles
- Provide reverse osmosis filtration or distillation as final step
- Consistency – water stored at 80 – 85 degree Celsius and circulated under turbulent flow to maintain uniform temperature
- Factory Acceptance Testing - systems are tested in our state-of-the-art Test Center
- Documentation – provided to support customer's validation efforts
A custom-designed CIP system from VISION for Engineering and Contracting means your customers can trust that their products have been made with special attention — attention that minimizes costs, maximizes productivity, efficiency, and emphasizes purity.
At first glance, a Clean-in-Place (CIP) system merely cleans process equipment. But broaden your vision and see that CIP systems improve product quality, product recovery and purity, as well as reduce pollution and production costs.
- VISION for Engineering and Contracting CIP Audit – assess equipment, operation and sanitation needs of customer to determine whether customer needs a new CIP system or upgrade a current one
- Improved Safety, Reduced Cost – cost-effective design that reduces cleaning time and water use and improves personnel safety because of safe detergent handlings
- Customization – pre-engineering consultation with client to design unique single pass/single use to multi tank-reuse systems, peracetic acid injection, portable or centralized systems, educator or return pump systems
- Ease of Use - user-friendly, fully automated control systems with chemical dosing
- Durability - minimizes hydraulic shock, leading to lower maintenance costs and longer component life
- Factory Acceptance Testing - systems are tested in our state-of-the-art Test Center
Design and Planning
VISION for Engineering and Contracting offer a full in-house design and planning service to complement our medical and industrial gas services. At the beginning of a project, we take the time to work out what's best for the end user and then design the system from that point. We size all pipe work in our systems using an industry leading flow rate calculator.
Design and planning for the medical industry
We maintain a proven track record of coordinating bespoke projects with demanding schedules. We plan, design and then deliver a unique solution tailored to your exact requirements. Attention to detail in the designing and planning stages enable our team to ensure that our proposal will be achieved within your budget and within the allocated timescale.
Our in-house CAD team can supply a full HTM02 design incorporating all the necessary working drawings. This will ensure a smooth turnkey installation.
Our projects can range from the design of a small extension, to a ward, through to a new Pharma Factory.
At VISION for Engineering and Contracting Medical we ensure you get the system you require

Why choose VISION for Engineering and Contracting to design, Supply and install Water for Injection (WFI) and Purified Water (WPU) systems?
Each Construction project is different and, as such, so are the FDA, cGMP, cGAMP requirements. Whether you need us to work from fully engineered drawings and specifications or to deliver a complete turn-key solution and anything in-between, VISION CO. Team is ready to provide a full range of services
At VISION for Engineering and Contracting , we often work from fully designed drawings and specifications provided by our clients’ architects and engineers.
As well, in many cases, our in-house team of project managers and engineers collaborate with our customers’ design professionals. This may involve budgeting and cost control, consultations during the design phase, priority setting and work scheduling.
‘Fast-track’ projects call for on-site responsiveness, organization and close cooperation with the general contractor, owner and design specialists. Called ‘fast-track’ because the project must be completed very quickly, the work is executed on the fly, moving ahead even as the design continues to be finalized.
Experienced and proficient, VISION CO.’s field staff are prepared to provide workarounds in unexpected situations while keeping in sync with the entire project.
We also have the expertise and manpower to carry out all-inclusive design-build projects, including engineering and drawings, to provide a full turn-key solution
On the ground we know how to work as part of a larger team, interfacing with engineers as well as other trades. We are flexible, understanding that there can be changes in the scope of the project and the roll-out of the schedule. With our years of experience in Plant Set-up we can meet any challenge.
